Default Best easy web page design creator?

From your experience, what is the best web page creator that is provided by web hosting companies?

Thanks in advance.

Site Studio is pretty good, but was sometimes unstable on my previous hosts server. I proudly use notepad though.

I haven't used any other web based, web page designers other than Site Studio.

I've heard bad things about site studio's sacripting. I've never used it so that cannot be confirmed.

Can anyone confirm/disconfirm this?

Site Studio rocks! I've used it numerous times.

Online applications are much harder to use than off-line software.

Google Spreadsheets. Now that's what I call a hard to use software. Microsoft Excel? Nothing could be simpler.

Try an off-line program, it's much faster to use than any online version. Anything more than creating one single link shouldn't be done via online creation, but by offline software.

I have used SiteZen and SiteStudio, I would say that SiteZen is a lot easier to use, but then again SiteStuio isn't that bad either.
