Do not trust Incognito Networks...!!!

I'm past member of Incognito Networks, recently our company has lost big money because of Incognito Networks' lost of our clients' data (they keep saying they did backup but those files were corrupted, strange right?!?).. This company suddenly transferring all of their hosting accounts to a new server without proper notice (they said ThePlanet datacenter stop providing services to them) and they simply just lost all of our web database and so on..

When we were in negotiation on the compensation, Incognito Networks has very bad attitude and they said they couldn't compensat to what we've asked but with only few months webhosting free and if we dont like it, we can leave, that's their attititude to their customers!!

Anyway, I never seen any web hosting company whom has lots of downtimes, unstable server all the times, very slow customers support and not helpful sometimes!!!!!! We here to warn people to be aware of this company and before you join them, you better think twice!!!! Dont be like us... They simply not worth of money for web hosting!! They even take very long time to cancel our account...

Now I am no longer member of this web hosting.... They simply cannot be trusted!!

Cripes, that's no good at all. Did you have any local backups? My site, when I finally get it running, won't be the end of the world if it goes down but I can see where businesses could have a real issue if their host wasn't reliable.

Check out my hosting provider, they seem really good!
