WARNING!!: Do not even think of using VISTA PAGES (http://www.vistapages.com) as your web hosting service.
Their service is dreadful, they do not have 24/7 service as they advertise (try calling them) and they do not honour their 30 day money back guarantee. I cancelled my account in less than 24 hours and 8 days later I still do not have a refund and they are refusing to give it to me!! Here is my story (Take note of their customer service manager’s attitude): I signed up for their service at 3:08 am on 7 Feb 2006. I received a confirmation saying that I would receive my login details within 10-15 minutes. 21 hours later, and after repeated requests for the login information with no response I asked them to cancel my account and issue me with a refund. By 14 Feb I still had no refund and I asked them about it. This is the response I got from their customer service manager. QUOTE Service was granted, e-mail was sent on time. I eventually received it 37 hours later!! That’s lousy service. If their service starts out like that, imagine what it is like in the long run. Also, what has “Service was granted” got to do with a “no questions asked 30 day money back guarantee”? On Feb 16, I reminded the customer service manager of their” 30 day, no questions asked money back guarantee”. This is the response I got.... QUOTE Service was granted. He completely ignores the money back guarantee issue. If this is not a reason to stay well clear of them then I don’t know what is. How can anyone be so stupid is the question I ask myself. All Chris Jenkins had to do was honour their 30 day money back guarantee, now he has bought his company thousands of dollars of free negative publicity. I will be posting this on as many forums as I can find and I will even set up a dedicated web page with this content on it so that as many people as possible can be warned about them. Worse still is the fact that I told him that I will be getting the transaction reveresd through my credit card company anyway. And he still wouldn’t do it! I did send a copy of this posting to him and I got no response.
