ipowerweb - any thoughts ?

I'm thinking of using ipowerweb after reading the reviews, any other thoughts on this company ?

They are BIG, i had 3 accounts with them and I still do. You know they won't close shop like these new small companies. I like them

I used them a while back.

They just didn't do it for me so I moved on

That's who we were with originally but we didn't like them much. I mean sure their servers and service is probably fine but it didn't seem to me like they really cared to talk to their customers very much.
