The annoying thing is, is that good mail sometimes also ends up in the junk folder. I have had this on serveral occasions so I decided not to use spam filters. Its not 100% perfect shamely enough.

Well Now days people are spamming webhosting servers a lot and because of that the ping of the servers is low and they get slow.

Dude Scammers scam a lot on the servers. Thats why efficiency from 0.8 becomes 0.2.
