Just as the title says, in you’re experiences, which have the best, and the worst customer service? Please base it only on your personal experience and try to comment on where each company went right, and wrong.
For me, the best customer service I’ve received is from midphase, who still host many of my web sites. The worst would have to be a small company in England which I cannot recall their name right now. Midphase has provided the best support simply because they are, always and have been there to resolve anything for me in a friendly and educated way. The small company in England went wrong in so many ways, but mainly their phone support was unreachable and their technical staff didn’t seem to know what they were talking about. Moreover, these “technical people” seemed to be more of sales men trying to sell me more crap I didn’t need or should have been a standard feature. Let’s hear your experiences! |

I would have to say Globat has been a pleasure to work with as they always answer their emails a quick and helpful manner.
As for worst customer service, I would go with IX web hosting but that's just because they are worse than any of the other 10 companies with crappy customer services I've been with. |

I would have to agree with Derek. The best customer services I've received was from AN Hosting and Autica which are both parent companies to midphase whom have provided me excellent customer services for over 2 years.
As for worst customer service, I would have to go with advancednetwork solutions that almost seemed to be less educated in the web hosting/technical fields than myself. That was over 3 years ago, I cannot speak for their customer service today.

I used to use a company called Liquid web or something like that, who's customer services was terrible. Emails often unanswered, long hold times on the phone, and whenever I did get ahold of anyone they were unhelpful.
I agree with creative seoer, midphase has excellent customer service. I've been using their autica reseller brand for the past two years and couldn't be happier with the level of customer service I've received. |

I've had a great experience with midPhase/AN Hosting as their customer service is so darn friendly and helpful.
I only had one other company before midPhase which was a small local company that I will not name or use again. Needless to say their customer support stunk which I found very odd finding them locally. How did they stink? Nobody answered their phones, emails went unanswered for days, and they treated me rudely. |

I disagree. I have had a horrible experience with midphase. The broke my site and refused to fix it even though they could have simply copied a working version from my old server before they moved to a new server and broke my site. Best part is that this is the 3rd time! All 3 times they broke my site and forced me to reload it. Only this time I can't. Uploads timeout before completion! 3 months later, my site is still 90% missing.

In such business it is necessary to have wide experience what to not make a mistake. I had not more to change the company, but I heard much at forums about bad tests about many companies
