Thanks for your attention.

I was scouting for the best webhosting service in replace with the worst I had now until I bumped into this site and saw a comparative review of the best hosting services in the web. Man, this site: http://www.hosting-buyers-guide.com/ is awesome. They helped me decide to choose a web hosting for my business. I do hope the complete info of that site may help others too. I like the review regarding monthly fees and packages.

Yeah that site sounds legit, esp. coming from you YoungBlood.

Update: My host went down for 30 minutes the other day and when I contacted them they gave me a free month, even though they didn't dip below their 99.9% guarantee. Less learned: It can't hurt to ask.

I've always said, if your host is below their gauaranteed uptime, you should get rid of them ASAP. Uptime is money baby!

The good company never will allow clients speak that they could not to provide them (clients) with uptime. The reputation of the company also depends and on clients. So I do not think that the companies wished to reduce quantity of clients (I speak about the good hosting company ) And if they offer us with 99.9% uptime guarantee, it means that and should be.

In the two times my site has been down in nearly three years, anhosting.com has given me a free month each time. Now that's customer service!

Certainly there is nothing that mistakes were not made, all of us people and that with technics something also can happens. But the companies should try to provide all to clients good and normal service. But I don't meet similar cases and more I can tell anything to you )

Default ipowerweb has NEVER compensated me

and their servers are down more than they are up. They're down right now. I'm over it. I don't know why I've put up with it for so long. I must be a glutten for punishment.

As a host we have never had problems with downtime, however, we have compensated t a few account holders during a server move with additional space based on their request. We also have an internal policy for extended service outside of the billing period to compensate for any discomfort the account holder may have experienced due to any proven fault of ours.
