Best and worst customer service - Let’s hear em!

internic and ipowerweb are disappointments. Now ipowerweb is changing their name again. That's a sure sign that something is wrong. Thanks for the info on the other hosts. I'm looking for a new one.

Anyone who has ever dealt with cell phone companies can tell you who has the worst customer service... So far as web hosting providers go, I've only dealt with two and I can't say ipower has the worst but it left something to be desired.

I would have to say that this company called Yourserving is by far the WORST !!! company I Have ever dealt with, I would just stay away from them as far as possible.

Well, I have to say that I've spent close to an hour on the phone with IPower customer service. I can get no one at tech support and billing will not pick up either. I managed to get a live sales person, only to be transferred.

Interestingly, IPower has collected $95+ dollars from in October for a website that no longer is on the Internet, I assume because of hosting changes. I've made multiple attempts to contact the last host of my website, only to be turfed back to IPower. IPower has informed me that my doman has expired, yet I've given up my hard earned cash to this company.

Just for fun, I've searched for the availability of my "expired" domain and it's not available. Go figure. Horrendous, just horrendous. Good luck everyone.
