I agree with most of the advise given in this thread. Good communication and a plan in place before the clients are purchased is a necessity.

A plan and some more research should have been done. Communication to the new client to keep them comforted is a must. It is always scary moving to a new host, especially if you had no choice.

I am wondering how this wnet though?
