Add LIVE SUPPORT

One of the best things you can do to inprove your business is to offer LIVE (ONLINE) Support...Don't get it just to have the image. If you get the program USE IT! More and more hosts are failing to use this system, but customers truely rely on this. We use ours quite often and get lots of members chatting with us daily.

Don't be left in the dust :-p

I know what your talking about. We dont have Live Support, we use to, but no one used it. We like to get more acquainted with our Customers by using Phone Support. Just my two cents.

Having Live Chat, and/or telephone sales also increases your sign up rate! It's a good thing to have, however if you have it and don't use it, you're just throwing away customers!

We use phone support. as I mentioned in a different thread, I give out my personal cell and encourage them to call at any time of the day if they ever need anything.

I think having an online forum that is active and aim or MSN options are a good solution as well

Help Center Live is absolutely the best FREE software you can get. I suggest you get this if you are low on cash.

Live Help Desk is the best overall support desk out there. It does cost money, but it is well worth it.

Yeah it is well used and popular amoung hosting company's.
