Which is better php or html

I really want to know which is really better. I need to do auto user signup, fourms, and it all needs to be managed by its self and not by me because i just dont have time to take care of all that.

To answer your question you'd have to use PHP as it's a scripting language, whereas HTML is just used to display webpages.

That's kind of like comparing standing and running. HTML Serves static data for a browser to interpret. PHP processes data for a server to interpret.
