Please advise- need a change for the better.

hi,

I need to get find a new UK based shared web hosting company for a non profit organisation website.

It will need at least 5GB disk space and probrably around 15GB bandwitth.With room to expand or Upgrade down the line.

99.5% uptime, 24/7 technical support, phone line bonus.

We will also need to get secure IP, SSL certificate, and shopping cart in the near future, to sell things and accept donations.

PHP, and video streaming also essential, and an other features like cgi-bins, guestbook, email and mySQL would be great.

I am considering lunarpages uk and bluehost, although they are a little pricey. especially as i have been advised to sign up for 3months to start with, so that if i do come across a problem, its not such a loss if i have to move quick.

free domains are not necessary.

If anyone has any suggestions, recomendations or even warnings about certain hosts, i would appreciate getting an oppinion.

I am particularily warry of hidden clauses in terms of service and acceptable use agreements, so if you know of any pitfall in regards specific companies, please let me know. That way i can narrow down the search.
